Healing begins with understanding — not fixing.
Dr. Rostein’s approach is grounded in relational therapy, which allows Dr. Rostein to show up authentically in session and develop genuine connections with her clients to foster trust, safety, and openness.
Each session is guided by your childs needs and pace, fostering safety, empathy, and growth. In therapy, she uses reflective, developmentally appropriate methods such as play, art, and conversation to help children express whats hard to put into words. Parents are essential partners in this process; together, we explore what your child’s behaviors might be communicating and how to respond in ways that strengthen connection and safety. Her approach blends evidence-based therapy with curiosity and compassion— creating a space where children feel safe to explore their emotions and parents feel supported in understanding them.
Dr. Rostein’s goal by promoting this space is to create meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
